Dose of Ceftiofur Injection by I/M route in Cattle, Sheep, Goat:
1.1 to 2.2mg/kg b.wt
Ceftiofur Dose for Buffalo:
2-2.4mg/kg b.wt
Dosage of Ceftiofur for Horses
2.2 to 4.4mg/kg b.wt.
Swine Dose:
3 to 5mg/kg b.wt daily for 3-5days.
Dose in Dogs by SC route:
2.2mg/kg b.wt daily for 3-5 days
