Levocetirizine is an antihistamine which works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.
USE OF LEVORID 5 MG TABLETS
Levocetirizine is an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, sneezing, hives, and itching.
Drowsiness; dry mouth; nose or throat irritation; sore throat; tiredness; weakness.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions; burning, numbness, or tingling; dark urine; difficult or painful urination; fainting; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever; hallucinations; mental or mood changes; nosebleeds; seizure; severe or persistent dizziness; shortness of breath; tremors; trouble urinating; vision problems; vomiting; yellowing of the eyes or skin.
