Azelastine spray is an antihistamine nasal spray. It works by blocking the action of histamine, which reduces allergy symptoms.
WHAT IS THE USE OF ARZEP NASAL SPRAY ?
Azelastine spray is used for relieving symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergies in certain patients. It may help reduce nasal symptoms of rhinitis (eg, itching, sneezing, stuffy or runny nose).
WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE-EFFECTS OF ARZEP NASAL SPRAY ?
Change in taste; cough; drowsiness; fatigue; headache; mild fever; mild nosebleeds; nose pain or discomfort; runny nose; sneezing; sore throat; vomiting.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); ear pain; repeated or persistent nosebleeds; severe nasal irritation; shortness of breath.
