Topotecan 2.5mg Injection is an anti-cancer medication. It is an inhibitor of topoisomerase, an enzyme important for replication of genetic material (DNA) in the cancer cells. Thus it stops the growth and multiplication of cancer cells.
Topotecan Injection Uses:
Topotecan 2.5mg Injection is used in the treatment of ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer and cancer of colon and rectum.

- Low blood platelets,
- Anemia (low number of red blood cells),
- Infection,
- Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils),

Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Take it with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fix time.
