Osteofos 70mg Tablet is a bisphosphonate. It acts by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause the destruction of bone, thereby strengthening the bones and minimizing the risk of fractures.
Uses:
Osteofos 70mg Tablet is used in the treatment of osteoporosis. It treats osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and men at high risk of fractures.
Side Effects:
Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Headache, Heartburn, Difficulty in swallowing.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Osteofos 70mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
