Mucaryl AX Expect Syrup Description:
Mucaryl AX Expect Syrup is a combination of five medicines: Guaifenesin, Terbutaline, Ambroxol, Ammonium Chloride and Menthol. Guaifenesin and Ammonium Chloride are expectorants which work by decreasing the stickiness of airway secretions and help in their removal from the airways. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator which relax the muscles in the airways and widen the airways. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Menthol is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Together, they make breathing easier.

Mucaryl AX Expect Syrup is used in the treatment of cough.
Side Effects:
Nausea, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Stomach discomfort, Dizziness, Headache, Rash, Urticaria, Allergic reaction, Tremor, Increased heart rate, Palpitations.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Mucaryl AX Expect Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
