How does Zypara cause hyperuricemia and gout?
Following oral intake of Zypara, it gets converted in the body to pyrazinoic acid (active chemical form of Zypara). Excess uric acid accumulation between joints causes pain, swelling, redness and stiffness in joints (gout).
