Vormectol Syrup Description:
Vormectol Syrup is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Ivermectin and Albendazole. Ivermectin works by binding to muscle and nerve cells of worms, causing their paralysis and death. Albendazole works by keeping the worms from absorbing sugar (glucose), so that they lose energy and die. This treats your infection.
Uses:
Vormectol Syrup is used in the treatment of parasitic worm infections and parasitic infections.
Side Effects:
Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Loss of appetite, Increased liver enzymes, Itching, Dizziness, Swelling of lymph nodes.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Vormectol Syrup is to be taken empty stomach.
