Tripin OM 40 Tablet Description:
Tripin OM 40 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Olmesartan, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
Tripin OM 40 Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Nausea, Altered taste, Diarrhoea, Stomach upset, Headache, Dizziness, Decreased blood pressure, Flushing of skin, Increased blood uric acid, Numbness of extremity, Increased blood lipid level, Decreased sodium level in blood, Decreased magnesium level in blood.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tripin OM 40 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
