Thyrodip 20mg Tablet is an anti-thyroid medication. It works by reducing the amount of thyroid hormones produced by the thyroid gland.
Thyrodip 20mg Tablet is used in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
Skin rash, Headache, Skin pigmentation, Pain, Joint stiffness, Nausea, Paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation), Hair loss.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Thyrodip 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Is Thyrodip an immunosuppressant/a steroid/ a beta-blocker?
No. Thyrodip is anti-thyroid drug. It is used in the treatment of hyperthyroidism (over functioning of thyroid gland)

Can I take carbimazole with paracetamol/ antihistamines/ Nurofen (ibuprofen)/ antibiotics/ Piriton (chlorpheniramine)/ amoxicillin/ propranolol/ vitamins/ co-codamol (paracetamol and codeine)?
No interactions have been reported between carbimazole and paracetamol/ Nurofen (ibuprofen), antihistaminics, Piriton, amoxicillin, vitamins and Co-codamol. Carbimazole can increase the blood levels of antibiotics like erythromycin, and decrease the blood levels of propranolol
