Starpress XL 50mg Tablet is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.
Starpress XL 50mg Tablet is used in the treatment of chest pain (Angina), heart failure and high blood pressure.
Nausea, Headache, Fatigue, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Dizziness.
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Starpress XL 50mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Starpress XL 50mg Tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Metoprolol succinate is an extended-release form of metoprolol. This means it is released into your body slowly and only needs to be taken once a day.
