Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir is used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV). Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir should be used in combination with or without ribavirin for the treatment of CHC in adults.
How to use Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Sofosbuvir and Daclatasvir Tablet Works
Sofosbuvir works by inhibiting the enzyme RNA polymerase – the cellular worker that performs the replication process. Being unable to make new viruses due to Sofosbuvir mechanism of action, the existing Hepatitis C viruses are at the mercy of patient’s immune system which is readily eliminating the virus.
Daclatasvir targets the different stages of the life cycle of the hepatitis C virus (HCV). It is the HCV NS5A replication complex inhibitor, which means that it interferes with the protein that the virus uses for reproduction.

Head pain, Nausea, Fatigue
