Rimactane 100mg Syrup is an antibiotic. It works by inactivating a bacterial enzyme (RNA-polymerase) which is required by TB bacteria to make essential proteins and to reproduce.
Rimactane 100mg Syrup is used in the treatment of tuberculosis.
