Resporidex Suspension Description:
Resporidex Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Cefalexin and Bromhexine which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Cefalexin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
Uses:
Resporidex Suspension is used in the treatment of respiratory tract infection.
Side Effects:
Nausea, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Indigestion, Stomach pain, Bloating, Dizziness, Headache, Sweating, Skin rash.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Resporidex Suspension may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
