Redest 1mg Tablet is an aromatase inhibitor. It works by lowering the amount of estrogen (natural female hormone) produced in the body. This can lower or stop the growth of some breast cancer cells that need estrogen to grow.
Uses:
Redest 1mg Tablet is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is used with other treatments, such as surgery or radiation, to treat breast cancer in women who have attained menopause.
Side Effects:
Headache, Hot flushes, Nausea, Skin rash, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Osteoporosis, Weakness.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Redest 1mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
