WHAT IS HALAVEN 0.44MG INJECTION ?

Halaven is a medicine composition of Eribulin, that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.

WHAT IS THE USE OF HALAVEN 0.44MG INJECTION ?

Eribulin is used to treat breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Eribulin is also used to treat liposarcoma, a rare type of cancer that develops in fatty tissue anywhere in the body.

WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS OF HALAVEN 0.44MG INJECTION ?

Call your doctor at once if you have:

chest pain, severe dizziness, fast or pounding heartbeats; numbness, tingling, or burning pain in your hands or feet; pain or burning when you urinate; low potassium--confusion, uneven heart rate, extreme thirst, increased urination, leg discomfort, muscle weakness or limp feeling; or severe skin reaction--fever, sore throat, swelling in your face or tongue, burning in your eyes, skin pain followed by a red or purple skin rash that spreads and causes blistering and peeling.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION OF HALAVEN 0.44 MG INJECTION ?

  • You should not use eribulin if you are allergic to it.
  • To make sure eribulin is safe for you, tell your doctor if you have: liver disease; kidney disease; heart disease; peripheral vascular disease such as Raynaud's syndrome; or an electrolyte imbalance.
  • Do not use eribulin if you are pregnant.
  • Do not breast-feed while you are using eribulin.
