Crixan 500mg Tablet Description:
Crixan 500mg Tablet is a macrolide antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
Uses:
Crixan 500mg Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used in infections of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin and soft tissues, windpipe and lungs (pneumonia).
Side Effects:
Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Diarrhoea, Allergy.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Crixan 500mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if you are experiencing stomach upset.Avoid Crixan 500mg Tablet with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.
