Citimed Cold Syrup Description:
Citimed Cold Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Cetirizine, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Pseudoephedrine which relieve common cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Nausea, Stomach irritation, Dryness in mouth, Fatigue, Dizziness, Sleepiness, Allergic reaction, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Headache.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Citimed Cold Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.
