Spexib Ceritinib 150 mg Capsules


Ceritinib is a targeted therapy. It is an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor. is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer caused by a defect in a certain gene. Ceritinib is used when the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Ceritinib is usually given after other cancer medicines have been tried without success.


Constipation, decreased appetite, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, stomach pain, tiredness, vomiting.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these severe side effects occur:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; wheezing); burning, numbness, or tingling; change in balance; chest pain or discomfort; dizziness or light-headedness; fainting; fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat; muscle weakness; severe or persistent nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; symptoms of liver problems (eg, dark urine; feeling tired; unusual loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting; right-sided stomach pain; pale stools; yellowing of the skin or eyes; easy bruising or bleeding); vision changes.
