Calnif Retard 20mg Tablet is a calcium channel blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
Uses:
Calnif Retard 20mg Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure and chest pain (Angina).
Side Effects:
Fatigue, Ankle swelling, Sleepiness, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Headache, Nausea, Dizziness, Palpitations, Edema (swelling), Abdominal pain.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Calnif Retard 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
