Caceff Tablet Description:
Caceff Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefalexin and Carbocisteine which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Cefalexin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Carbocisteine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
Uses:
Caceff Tablet is used in the treatment of respiratory tract infection.
Side Effects:
Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Stomach pain, Dyspepsia.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Caceff Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
