Adelphane Esidrex Tablet Description:
Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Reserpine, Dihydralazine and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively. Reserpine is a biogenic amine depletor and Dihydralazine is a potassium channel opener. They work by relaxing blood vessels which allows more blood and oxygen to reach the heart and other organs. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.

Adelphane Esidrex Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Side Effects:
Nausea, Loss of appetite, Headache, Drowsiness, Decreased potassium level in blood, Increased blood lipid level, Increased uric acid level in blood, Sweating, Dizziness, Palpitations, Increased heart rate, Flushing of skin, Glucose intolerance, Electrolyte imbalance.
Dosage:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Adelphane Esidrex Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
