Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction to nicotine: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have:

fast or pounding heartbeats, fluttering in your chest; blisters inside your mouth; problems with your teeth or jaw; or
wheezing, tightness in your chest, trouble breathing.
